7-Day Return Window

Full refund available within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

To be eligible for a return, flooring must be in its original, unopened condition. Cases that have been opened or installed are not eligible for a full refund.

After 7 Days

Returns after the 7-day window may be accepted for store creditat the discretion of our team. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a concern — we’re here to work with you.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us by phone or email within the return window.
  2. We’ll arrange a time to inspect the product at our warehouse.
  3. Refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of acceptance.
